Hard Lure Salmo LIL’BUG F
Lil' Bug is a very small floating lure that swims just beneath the water's surface. This creates a trail that resembles the path left by an injured insect. The strike from the fish is incredibly spectacular and impossible to miss. Additionally, for the first time, such a small lure is equipped with the innovative Infinity Cast System (SICS). This is a special design with built-in weight that allows for casting incredible distances. The lure features large 3D holographic eyes and extremely sharp hooks with a special coating. It is available in two sizes, 2.5 cm and 3 cm, and five color variations that closely mimic different types of insects.
FISHING TIPS
The first method is to retrieve the lure in areas where fish are expected to strike, creating a “water trail” against or across the current. The initial casts should be made literally a step away from the shore. Gradually, you can continue with longer casts and slowly let the lure float on the surface to leave a trail. The line should be retrieved slowly, with the tip of the rod held up. The goal is to keep the lure on the surface so you can observe the characteristic “V-shaped” wave from a distance. The Lil' Bug should maintain its energetic action, constantly vibrating and leaving distinctive trails on the water's surface. The feeding fish may be found both close to the shore and in shallow waters, as well as at greater depths, but this provocation prompts them to strike at the lure.
Another way to use this model is by free drifting, where you simply reel in the slack line so that the lure can swim freely towards the areas where the fish are located. This method of fishing is quite similar to dry fly fishing. Very often, merely having something that imitates an insect is enough to provoke attacks from predatory fish.
